It was! The point being, though, that had I not had the Apps on my phone, I would have struggled to cancel cards in the time it took me to do this.

I had my bag stolen in Seville in a ‘quiet square with no one else about’. My fault entirely as I took it off to eat lunch. My phone, lodged in a pocket, meant I could cancel all cards via the Apps in less than 5 minutes. I kept getting pinged as they tried to take money out by various means. Phew!
