I have started a Discord channel called "Goth Gardening Club". If you would like to talk about/grow/show off plants and would like to join a nice place away from the horrors of social media where we talk about plants, leave a comment or send me a message and I will send you the link.

Three weeks ago I decided to help my therapy along by working on the garden and our indoor plant collection. Since then they are now thriving and I have been able to start growing some maidenhair ferns from dad. He hadn't any luck so I thought I'd try. I now have a mini frond & baby fronds emerging.

- Good moments are few and far between currently and I’m trying to keep a record of them.

- Thankfully Adam was able to help. He got the cats inside and then helped me stand.
- This kind of situation happens almost daily at the moment, but this was the first time I had taken a photograph, when it happened.

Background on the project:
- In August 2022, I caught COVID. My whole world changed, as the virus then exacerbated my conditions. In September 2022 I had to stop working and I haven’t been working since. Sometime in 2023 I had an idea to document what happened but it was incredibly overwhelming.

- I also wanted to explore how feet can be photographed without being sexualised
- I love my feet because they have allowed me to dance and feel joy through movement. Unfortunately because of my EDS POTS and long COVID (chronic fatigue) I am no longer able to stand for long periods, let alone dance

- I have not been able to sew more than one dress as the exhaustion and pain has been to great.
- On the 5/01/24 I caught COVID again, and I’m still recovering. I’m scared and terrified this will happen again.
