Drawing leaves, flowers, and other natural subjects was how I began to heal, so I created an adult coloring book. Each drawing is completely hand-drawn; there is no AI in this collection.

I saw a video clip several months ago and the narrator said to make your suffering mean something. I took that to heart, and decided to share the meditation that helped me through my physical and emotional pain with others.

I'm glad it's survived (so far). The vase I wrote my thesis about is housed there. Getting to know an ancient artifact that well changed how I think about art and a lot of other things. I hope other people have the opportunity to experience art in this way.
