Finished my longest run+race ever today. 25km with 380m elevation. I listened to The Layover while running and heard @samfromwendover.bsky.social and @adamchase.bsky.social give running advice and, boys, I happened to be doing exactly what you said. That was really fun and a hilarious coincidence.

I ran my third half marathon today, 2 just by myself, 1 was a race. I did not run at all 1.5 years ago. Why am I doing this?!
A friend asked me to run with her once per week to have a chat w/o our kids. And I wanted to listen to The Layover on @nebula.tv without my little one interrupting me. //

I love how in a German small town I can just get into my shoes, maybe put a headlamp on, take phone, AirPods and keys and run through fields and forests, even alone in the dark. It feels and is safe.
(And, yes, it also does feel safe to listen to music or podcasts like The Layover on @nebula.tv)
