Here we go again. Polish Constitutional Tribunal unsurprisingly rules that financial penalties ordered by CJEU for not complying with CJEU interim orders are unconstitutional (case K 8/21). There are 4 dissenting opinions.

The determination of Polish voters won out. Many have protested in the last 8 years in defence of the rule of law and human rights, a Poland strong in the EU. And the 'silent majority', not always in the streets, went to vote. Now more constructive work awaits us!!

Despite opposition gains, the most likely scenario after the elections
- PiS has the biggest share of votes,
- President Duda designates someone from PiS to form the government,
- the 1st new Sejm session is no later than Nov 12th,
- PiS has time until the end of Nov to form coalition government
