It sounds like good self care, which is my one of my main focuses for 2025. We’ve got to get through somehow.

I’m trying *really* hard to see the good things that are happening. Not in a toxic positivity or head in the sand way, more like…trying to remember that not *everything* is a dumpster fire? I’m not sure how else to keep going. It’s scary.
