I believe this is STILL trying to get the S106 agreement sorted for the off-site biodiversity net gain.
It should not be this difficult.

2023 experience was that 1x cut was v expensive due to lots of rainfall and perfect grass growing weather. Super large amount of complaints too.
So calculus not that easy RE no mowing = more money for other maintenance

In terms of overgrowth do you mean hedges or verges?
Was found to be limited biodiversity benefit from properly cut and collecting Headley Way hence returning to standard regime (not quite old regime which was 6x cuts not 3x now)
Reduced cuts also doesn't necessarily mean saved money either...

Headley Way specifically or in general?

City now up to 3x cuts a year so probably that?
I think Headley Way was one of the biodiversity verges that was cut and collected but we did a review and the poorly performing ones reverted to normal schedule

Yes, don't believe in coincidences so the fact it failed here points towards something going wrong a build time

Ay just scanning the repairs pricelist, with the paint job (which will need to be completely redone) looks like a £1k+ bill 😭😭😭

Yeah fork is totally fine. Noticed handling was suddenly very very off and suspected the fork then spotted this 😳
Was custom built for me in 2018, should not be failing like this IMO. The potholes round here are bad but they are not that bad!!
