Innovation nationalism is such an important concept - universities are massive and active contributors to this! (As we have been to many colonialist/imperialist knowledge projects).

I have always wondered as well whether someone could write about the (limited) fishing and aquaculture sector. Even harder to write about than agriculture!

So true, and in universities it’s so often contract teaching staff, who are quite young and may have a very marginal existence in their institution, who get all of these disclosures. Also junior supervisors to PhD students.
