My wife’s theory is that, like crabs convergently evolving multiple times, humans (bipedal, cephalized, etc) are the life form that has evolved “in God’s image” multiple times. She will state “we are the crabs of God” to unwitting friends and befuddle them.

I would expect (and be prepared for!) highly varied student pacing through the course (if completely asynch). Some will want to get ahead, while others will fall far behind right off the bat. It was a struggle for me this summer!
