Sounds like you have a nice mixture this weekend! It's always nice to catch up with old friends.
The Ginkgo leaves are on grass and buttercup (those are the leaves that look like Italian parsley). It can look handsome in the grass, but it's the bane of garden borders, since it sends out runners.

In our climate, where it rarely dips below 20F -- and 20-30 are not very common -- it is hardy, although it does die back to the ground.
It is often grown as an annual in colder climes. (/2)
