#gym night! First full body training in six weeks (oops, been doing upper or lower body only) and I was still able to increase either weights or reps in each exercise. Amazed.
Also found out you _are_ supposed to add the weight of the bar to the sum (duh), making my numbers instantly higher.

Lucky to live in a place full of little forest paths, and now with the dog in the house I get to explore those paths allday everyday. The landscape is always different and so soothing especially when it's dark. And it's almost always dark this time of the year.

I've misplaced the flat brush I used with the first two pages, bummer. I've searched all the usual places but no luck, so it has to be in some unusual place and *sigh* that means I'll probably find it when the project's all finished. Not an expensive brush, but perfect width.

Early morning gym hour. Leg day, 3 weeks since the last one. Added 2.5kg to squat and did full reps, have lost one of my straps and had to do RDL's with 15kg dumbells my weak ass wrists can handle (instead of the usual bar+47kg). Win some, lose some.

Getting ready for #oulucomicsfestival, I made this magnificient zine rack yesterday! It's a bit wobbly, it's a bit rugged, but it works. Besides this double-zine 'Sounds from the Deep / Yours, Helen' there'll be an assortment of postcards for a few coins & a free Raven-leaflet on the table.
This itsy bitsy boy joined our family today ❤️ He's a mittelspitz and we call him Piki (pitch/resin). Finnish spitzes are often called pikinokka (pitch-nose).
He's been such a good boy all evening, and seems to have a relaxed personality.
