In my experience & the experience of friends/family, they don’t really care if you actually have anything. They say sedentary lifestyle(<150 minutes of activity/week) or depression/anxiety for just about everyone who doesn’t know what else to say. No one I know has had any issues getting it there

Minute Clinic inside CVS. Schedule on the cvs website and check yes when asked if you have a condition. Then at the appointment just tell them what you have. If nothing, you can say sedentary lifestyle and they’ll prescribe and give the shot on the same day.
