My perfect MC in #fantasy is a balance of cool and idiot.
Like, they have the power/training. They are reliable enough to get stuff done. But they're JUST idiot enough to cause some complaints or almost not finish the job (sometimes hilarious, sometimes stressful)

A couple of big changes to my WIP - I have decided to combine a planned trilogy into one big book that should hit 100k words. It's a step back from having the 1rst draft done to only 1/3 being done, but that's #writerslife.

Just a reminder to any up and coming #authors out there: you don't have to pay for edits unless you are self publishing. If you plan to pitch to publishers, DONT PAY ANYTHNG TO ANYONE!!! Don't pay to have it edited, and ABSOLUTLY don't pay to have it published - it's a scam.
