Exactly!

I can appreciate that accessibility should matter even if temporary disabilities were not a factor. Because it should matter.

But it also doesn't negate that accessibility helps people with disabilities of all kinds, whether they recognize their disability or not.

We have to try the tools that other designers are trying to validate their effectiveness, it is good that you looked at it and dug in!

It felt like an unbiased and genuine take which we are sorely collectively lacking in regard to AI.

I appreciated it!

Exactly! UI has been non deterministic for a long time!

People already personalize UI whether we build it into the system or they force it with some other mechanism.

We keep hearing that AI is making creativity “accessible” but I’d like to challenge that notion.

Creativity is accessible to anyone who seeks it, that is what we as humans do.

Create, anywhere we go and with anything we can get.

People say the same thing about Generative UI personalizing the experience for users.

But every time I hear this I think about how a lot of people don’t want to build your website again they just want to do their task and go live

I think I said it awhile ago but I'm pretty sure companies could basically re-release existing apps that currently force AI on users without that AI and do well.

Am I pro/anti AI?

God I don't even care anymore, I just wanna make experiences that don't ignore what people need.
