One of my favourite days this year was getting the opportunity to shadow my wonderful colleague Frank.
I got to fully nerd out about anaesthesia & see some life-saving surgery. The leadership and dedication from the surgical team were 💯.

Always a joy to see the Harold Wilson statue at Huddersfield.
Just done our first revamped training session (and my first in post) with colleagues from criminal justice, health, education and VCSE.
I LOVED it. I love doing this work alongside brilliant people and discussing how we can move the needle with the various challenges we all face.
