This morning I had to get up at 5 to do line edits. But in just over a year, there is going to be a book on the shelves that I have written.

My breast mug and I felt pretty grateful this morning.

It is very far from a festive read but I am inhaling this fantastic book by Marie Tierney. Her turn of phrase is mesmerising and it is wrong-footingly heart warming despite the dark, dark story. #BookSky

Incredible time at #GladiatorII premiere on Wednesday eve. The film is an in-cinema must watch. So bloody good and preposterous at the same time. Loved it. No notes. I want a tshirt that says MESCAL, WASHINGTON, PASCAL, THE SHARKS
