I'm still drowning in classwork, but feeling more and more inspired to look back at my comic Catcha. Maybe it does matter. Maybe there's a place for Myouki. Maybe it doesn't matter how great or meaningful it is, but just that there's more positive queer content out there.

This year, I have a student who went out of their way to read the entire comic, talk to me about it, make fan art, and recently gift me a handmade charm of this character, Myouki. They called him a (trans) icon.
