I always reply STOP to short code SMS and it seems to work reliably. There are a lot of legal stipulations with SMS usage so they are usually good about unsubbing you.

So many Trump voters / Trump-won areas voted Mamdani. Harkens back to 2016 when I asked Trump voters if they would have voted for Bernie had he won the primary; they all gave it a lot more thought than they did for “Killary.” They just wanted things to be better or different from status quo.

The reason many if not most/all artists find themselves in this predicament in the first place, and the problems with the music industry as a whole. For every Prince or Taylor, there are 50,000+ who get snuffed out early into their careers due to these terrible deals with the devil.

Isn’t she a registered Republican and has had people with MAGA hats and Blue Lives Matter slogans at some of her private parties? Also the “casual eugenics” referenced _is_ white supremacy, and I don’t understand why the article doesn’t make that explicit link.

My obviously Indian name, my nyc & nj accent, fashion, mannerisms, and my science-rooted atheism meant nothing after 9/11. Even today my identity can get stripped away at a moment’s notice.
