I feel your pain. My Crohn's is triggered by my stress, my stress is triggered by my Crohn's. I already had pretty severe Crohn's.. let's not talk about the rest .. did you hit your chronic illness PTSD milestone yet? 🥺 Hope you feel better soon ❤️
