This is the backyard bellwether tree. We've waited longer than usual for cold nights in Northern California and suddenly we have autumn color.This is the window I look to for weather conditions on a foggy morning as I pass by on my way to find coffee.

She's a neighborhood tradition.

It's National Siblings Day. Here we are, all three of us with rhyming middle names: Donna Kaye, Leslie Ray and Nita Faye. 1952 Arkansas. On that Sunday morning, I didn't know I'd be the one left to tell our stories about life on The Glory Road.
