5am and I am thinking about my day ahead. It’s baking day. Sandwich bread (honey whole wheat), Pineapple coconut cream pie, and sourdough. I love baking but am sugar intolerant so I use alternate sweeteners. No one ever notices the difference.

This Indiana the largest of a litter born in our shed. He is loving, and cuddly because we handled them all from the start. We also kept Anna, the only girl, and Peewee, the Runt. The others had to go to a no-kill shelter when they were old enough. Sad. They were all so precious and beautiful.
