It’s going to need every penny — I’m already receiving flyers from a group called Protect the Voters First Act. 🙄

I received the same flyer — it’s from the Protect Voters First Coalition. It contains quotes from progressives, but I’m betting the support is coming from elsewhere.

This is good reporting, but why the caveat at the end? There are many in Dem leadership at all levels who are addressing this, as well as regular people. Try highlighting some of that rather than tossing in an “if only” at the end. The fault in this atrocity lies at the feet of the Republicans.

It was not an altercation. Senator Padilla has every right to be there and a duty to ask questions when false narratives are being put forth by the administration.
