My favorite way to begin Thanksgiving Cooking Day is with the cranberry sauce. It fills the house with a sweet holiday smell and is so easy and satisfying to make. Next up sausage stuffing.

I did this a couple years ago but with a spatchcocked turkey and it had the crispiest skin and juicy breast meat in my history of cooking the Thanksgiving bird.
P.S. If your turkey is still in the freezer get it in the fridge NOW and cross your fingers.

Destroying the one party that while imperfect has fought for voting rights, LGBTQ/civil rights & doesn’t disappear citizens, increase the rate of maternal mortality, or work aggressively to deepen the gap between the elite rich & the rest of us poors is some weird flex.
