Though this is my 1st Post, I may not be active on here cuz I'll be busy working on my Manga Art etc - occasionally popping by to post updates.

Eventually managed by the end of Jan 2025 to complete a Manga Illustration I had started working on in 2024 - originally as a side thing for my Job in the Graphic Design Field back then. (I've since left that job cuz I didn't agree to my boss's misogyny & abuse - will talk about it more in DA later)
Fashion Illustration I did for work in 2024. The boss I had at the time, had asked for a flat drawing of a afro descent woman - (he specifically asked for a blk female), wearing a blue and white sports-wear fashion, that some client wanted to pitch to a Bank to have produced for their CPL Tournament thing that was going on. The instability of the Graphics Design job and fashion project in 2024, was getting to me and triggering my depression and anxiety alot, in extreme and unhealthy ways. I didn't know if my job was stable or if was even getting paid properly for my work (given that I was not given a contract to sign.) The stress of the unknown was taking a toll on me so much, I ended up reverting back to drawing Manga Illustrations, based on the work I was doing for my job, inorder to comfort my mental injuries etc at the time. For this Illustration, I removed the company's name and replaced with with one of mine that I made up, cuz I don't want people to know the company I worked for. People had listed online that they have a bad rep and I am not one who encourages those to witch hunt on my behalf, so... here be the lineart I made. Was curious to see what the colouring would look like in Manga Style form, since I had already made the lineart anyway. So I used the colour codes I applied on, (from the first "Fashion Illustration"), onto the Manga Piece. This WIP is mostly the flat colouring base for the character herself. Originally when I created the character for work, her name was Jessica and she was supposed to have braids dark Nigerian Skin to represent her blk culture and heritage, but then my boss has asked me to draw "douglar" hair and lighter skin in the Fashion Drawing - aka hair and features that my mom and I have, (cuz he said his client for the for the project was r*cist.) I was upset that they wanted to change the skin colour and hair type away from African, to change to be more Trini Indo type during the Fashion Design Propuction, so in the Manga Illustration, this is the reason why you would see the skin colour and hair colour not matching the original first illustration I did. BlueSky (like twitter) doesn't allow more than 4 pic slots to show all the work and it's changes. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here is the finished version of the Manga Illustration I started in 2024 as a side thing for my Graphics Design Job at the time. After quitting the job, I took my time to colour it up, to add to my Work Portfolio for future endeavors. Illustration was fully completed by Jan 23rd/ 24th, 2025. Company name is removed and replaced with one I created, so people don't know who I worked for.
