While I feel constant joy playing this new game for the first time, I can't hold back a growing sense of dissapointment to what feels like the underwhelming ending to a series I love.

I wholeheartedly agree. It's fun and overall a good game, but I feel the soul of dragon age is not really there, and all the reveals of long held mysteries feel underwhelming.
