Organizing and going through stuff and found a Blue Sky Studios relic! VHS tape of co-founder Chris Wedge’s 1998 Oscar-winning animated short BUNNY and some extra sleeves.

I am so excited we are getting another animated musical from Alan Menken but I am also lowkey baffled that Skydance has hardly leaned into that fact at all!!! I’m glad he’s celebrating it tho!!

Visited WDAS today for a FYC event for ‘Once Upon a Studio!’ It was wonderful to learn more about the short and the directors’ passion is so palpable. First time touring the building too! So wonderful!!!

I impulse borrowed this from the library b/c I’d seen it floating around social media, and as someone who has already read quite a lot of self development books, esp around art and creativity, I really did not enjoy this one. It was vague to appeal to many, but to a fault IMO. Very basic concepts.😕

Husband and I are trying to retrace our steps with where we left off with our replay of this insane, wonderful fucking series and after like 15 minutes of recapping and trying to remember the storyline, we realized we’d played the left game and hadn’t started on the right one.
