Also totally unrelated: In 2009, World of Warcraft was on top of the World. WotLK was 1 year earlier, and subs alone were estimated as ~half of Blizzard's profits per share (30/60c, ~$400 million annual). It was untouchable. undefeatable. Every "WoW-killer" MMO...didn't. Anywhere here's an image.

List and current sideboard below. Idea originally inspired by Meowodic's GW Caretaker and my weird fascination with Big Mana Control decks (See: Bant Celestus so long ago). It's good! It's fun. Caretaker's adds a lot of redundancy and power to the deck.

Early Mythic again. Leisurely saunt with Caretaker Domain from ~P2/3 all the way up. Think dropped 2ish matches, otherwise straight shot. Easy Day 1 Mythic contender if I liked the format enough to play it for more than a few matches at a time.

Didn't get there but deck is still very good. Good vs good decks, bad vs less good decks. Caretakers is definitely a very powerful new addition to Domain.

Okay. I'm not sure EXACTLY where we're going with this, but there's definitely something here. Feels much better than the Spell oriented versions so far. Being able to just get your whole GY eaten and not care because opponent is DOB to a bunch of little 2cmc guys + Curiosity is nice.

I have never once made a deck that could beat a single Ghost Vacuum, and I'm not about to start today.
