for non real time software encoding is so strong and so much more customisable for transparency but have to wait a century for encoding with av1/svt-av1-psy

we went from the PSA method to adapting sensitivities for the job now we will bring the age of mouse acceleration to rapidly adapt for the tasks and movements at hand and allow for maximum precision no matter where or when

1. The mini map is the best source of info of camps, bridge buffs, team coordination
2. get those bridge buffs at 10:00 then at every 5 after that its a free 1-2k item for 2 minutes, especially helpful when the lanes are stagnant
