When the thing that makes you angry is the affordable housing plan, rather than the affordable housing crisis, you should be finding time to meet with your therapist, not screaming your head off at a planning and zoning hearing.

I am super excited about the inevitable parodies of the Adams campaign's promised billionaire-funded digital media featuring "social-media influencers" in Montauk (which the WSJ helpfully points out is on Long Island).

Stumbles is a nice way to say it. Throwing ourselves headfirst into a muddy ditch is more accurate.

I love a groundbreaking and working with NHS of New Haven: 8 homes where there had been none and just 4 were as-of-right. I appreciated that the Mayor and Lt Gov provided the crucial context that CT needs 100k units and these 8 are among 3k New Haven has in the pipeline. The 'burbs need to step up.
