It’s always bothered me how unnatural a lot of the activities I’ve done as a child felt. There was always something wrong or upsetting about my “schedule.” I never felt like I had control or autonomy, like the footpath ahead was carved FOR me and not BY me.

My first day of high school was 13 years ago. Now that I am twice the age I was since then, I want to create an archive of various memories because I’m afraid of forgetting. My girlhood is so intertwined with my adult experience, my goal and mission is to let her know that she is seen.
