I may have to retry these madeleine cookies again. I filled the pan too much and it overfilled. But they look like cute UFOs. So that's pretty neat.

Cranberry and raisin American Scones. Although I'm wondering why I can't seem to reach the golden brown.... Perhaps just need to leave in oven longer, or is the position of the rack in oven

This year wasn't the best year for me mentally. I had many thoughts of quitting due to technical issues and IRL stress. I tried to distract and overload as much distractions as I could. However close to the end of the year, I decided enough, something has to change.

I should play other characters... I still don't know all the optimal combos as most of the time I played in casual matches. Lots of frustration and learnings. Ranked anxiety.

Yo my bread game is getting clean. Raised the hydration level. Added steam in the oven. I don't think I've had to buy bread at the store for a while.

Mmmm big pretzels... But I don't have the big flaky salts to go with. Just normal table salt. Still tasty as heck. 10/10 would make again and again.

I think I'm nailing down the pizza dough recipe. Sausage, sun dried tomatoes and whatever cheddar I have in the fridge.
