Dropped the man off at the 🛫 at 4:30 am. Now I have 3 full days all to myself! I took the rest of the week off work for myself. Did I tell him I was taking me time off while he is away for work? Heck No! This is for me time, not for me to do stuff for him time while he is gone. It is all about me!

The last few weeks have been crazy. The weather has had some wild mood swings that everyone in the Midwest has weather whiplash. Work went for cool chill with only one big project to 5 major projects with 3 of the them are dependent on the other but running at the same time. IYKYK.🤯

It is officially -8 in Kansas City, and these two did not believe me. Bundled everyone up for a 2 second run and done. Now, my girl is upset because she needs to 💩and does not want to use her puppy pads. Her brother does not understand her problem. He will use the pads whenever.

Bat in the office was not on my bingo card for this year. One colleague videoed for proof. Lol. Anther colleague and I were able to capture and release him outside. No bat was harmed.

I have a number of stray cats that come visit me. Each cat is given food, water, and provided shelter. One cat has decided that my porch is her home. A big black boy we call Little Panther, LP for short, that is a regular, finally showed up after all the snow we had. Relieved!

After a lot a reflection, I have decided to look for an Endocrinologist in the Kansas City area. I love my family doctor, but the older I get the more issues I have I suspect are more related to my thyroid than he knows. Taking your Doctor suggestions.

I agree with John. No ill will on the HOT option, but I changed mine to newest. I like having that flexibility. Click into John's post to get to the post with instructions on how to change the threads that come to you...ie newest, hot, ect...
While I don't feel as negatively about the new "hotness" setting as some do, I agree it's potentially manipulatable by bad actors and don't think it should be the default, which it currently is. I'd go into my settings and change it (I use "Newest Replies First" as my default).

Love this kid. Belly rubs tolls are required upon entry to the house. It is my doing. I helped bottle feed him since dirth, he was the runt. He would eat and then get belly rubs till he fell asleep.
