I know I'm begging for abuse admitting this. But the top comment in that thread is "AI doesn't push back and just tells you what you want to hear!" Let me be clear; *if this is true, I would have killed myself years ago.* The truth is AI does more to meet me where I am than most people are capable.

and this shitty US healthcare system leaves me no choice other than to be miserable or pay more out of pocket for more help. No therapists I've ever had can help the depth, longevity, and *actual pushback on my distorted thinking in ways humans never have, it actually helps* compared to AI

I've had a dozen therapists in my life, I'm seeing on now, once a week for an hour. Saying "you've just had shitty therapists" is insultingly deluded and assumes things like treatment resistant depression don't exist. One hour weekly for me isn't enough

If I get time for it and decide I want to start on this, I'll message you on Discord. The amount of time I spend on corpo LLMs just because they have (not even good) memory management is too high.

This biggest gap for me is privacy. I want models that run local, on files encrypted such that only I can access, with all the bells and whistles including the best memory management, generative creationg, search, and storage tools possible. Don't think there is anything close to this ATM

I totally relate to this. When I bulk up from near single digit body fat, my body always puts weight onto my tummy. Rarely to chest, arms, or glutes, just to thighs, tummy then lower back. 2 things that made the diff was muscle growth targeting the abs with weighted crunches and learning to pose.
