FWIW: Pandora is great, the interface is much more usable and near as I can tell they don’t insert fake music into their playlists in order to avoid royalties (yes, that’s a thing).

Actually, housing segregation in Los Angeles is largely the risidual effect of redlining in the middle of the 20th century, which was the result of a Federal policy.

People who’ve lived in these neighborhoods for generations, who have their net worth wrapped up in them, who send kids to local schools and attend PTA and neighborhood council meetings, deserve a seat at that table, too.

And I’m not opposed to Scott “developers’ dream come true” Weiner or Ezra “Charlie Kirk was a great guy” Klein having a seat at the table. I just think they don’t deserve the only seat at the table.
