The ref didn't have a great game but I don't think it impacted the outcome. Both yellows were dubious, both teams had decisions go against them. It's how the cookie crumbles sometimes

Two red cards in a week, very uncommon. Two red cards in a week for the same offence, unheard of. But I think Squidge is probably right, more likely to be a coaching problem
