Drink water, massage all your head and neck, gentle stretches, focus hard on pain points in your head, press and release pain points for a bit whilst focussing your mind on them. Have a shower, eat a healthy meal, take medicine, in that order.

Due to the genetic codes matching for the most part (apparently). Parallel evolutions are likely but taken out by natural selection or not discovered yet.
