Recently I had great fun in launching a new Prosthetics and Limb-Loss interdisciplinary network at @imperialcollegeldn.bsky.social with @sarahds.bsky.social

Designed to bring together academics and clinicians, it featured insightful talks and hands-on ideation activities.

Proud to have presented my research "Towards a standard for pin-lock prosthetic systems: Considering realistic and imperfect use" at the BioMedEng 2025 conference

We explore how pin-locks (a key component that keeps a prosthesis attached) wear over time

Finally got to try the new SWR Arterio trains on my commute, brilliant upgrade! Will genuinely consider taking the train more if I can reliably get on them during peak times with a Brompton.

AI-generated images throughout your presentation show laziness and lack of scientific work and skill.

If you're spending longer explaining to chatgpt (to get a mediocre error-full image) Vs capturing images in the lab, perhaps you should reconsider your priorities.
