also this was when I was like 19 and hadn't gotten over my fear of talking on the phone not to mention my untreated anxiety disorder and I wanted to jump off a building after that interaction
thinking about the time I used the word "vulva" with the gyno receptionist and she needed me to EXPLAIN WHAT I MEANT BECAUSE SHE "HADN'T HEARD THAT WORD BEFORE"
