Also, “Fresh, from the vegetarian slow cooker” has tons of beans recipes, including how to prep your dry beans for all kinds of dishes. Big fan! We use a lot of dry beans and legumes.

Damn, this sucks Seb! I use the evaluations and designs from OES regularly in my courses to highlight the importance of rigorous evaluation for policy and decision making. This really sucks.
