I would prefer not to.
I cannot understand the naivete of anyone who thought Dortmund was a turning point or a reset. Red cards ruin games. Performing vs ten is nothing like a full side. The same unbalanced and meandering attack failed to find a way through when there wasn't automatically an open man somewhere. #COYS

Thought Djed and Xavi were poor; didn't think the three CBs made sense; the subs were weird (Tel and Wilson both on the right side? Why?); as predicted, Gallagher is a workhorse who does not move play forward; Spurs get stuck in the back again and again and lack quality in the final third. #COYS ?

Soooo how long is Pedro gonna be out for? 3-4 months? #COYS

If Djed is just gonna play LW, why not play an ACTUAL LW there? Asking for Matty Tel. #COYS
January 24, 2026 at 4:01 PM
Spurs rumored to be after Nmecha and Summerville is the SQUIRREL! of football director-ing. Can't see how another LW helps. Nmecha might be useful, but certainly there are players whose teams Spurs DIDN'T play in their last two games that they should also be scouting... #coys

Does pulling Tel to play the ineffective RKM wide make any sense to anyone? #coys
January 17, 2026 at 4:27 PM
Well, that was some La Liga level defending, Connor. Blocked off Pedro, didn't step up, just gave all the room to Summerville to shoot. Not sure Pedro should be getting beat to the inside with a right-footed winger, but maybe that's what happens when you ask your RB to be your ten. Ffs. #coys

Played a good first twenty or so, arguably because the team was in balance. A LW, a RW, a ten, two box to boxers. When Mo goes down and RKM has to come play doubly out of position, the balance disappears, the possession goes nowhere, and it just becomes a matter of time. #coys

#coys folks, what signings would excite you or rekindle hope for something other than a dreary second half of the season? Looking for specific names. A proven, attacking LW is at the top of my list. Similarly, will Deki and Dom feel like "new signings" if they finally get fit?

The worst part about today's Spurs performance is that we have to watch them play again on Sunday. #coys ?

Why has Brenn already lined up a move elsewhere whilst the team as a whole, in desperate need of supplements across multiple fronts, is most notably not in the running for Semenyo and seriously linked with nobody? #coys

Good fight defensively, great to see Archie get a goal, but squad strength and depth is still a major issue. In an awfully underwhelming game. Frank's getting some things wrong and simply having no options elsewhere. #coys

I don't really follow the NBA, but I love that San Antonio is doing well, giving me a few bright spots of positivity on my Spurs timeline. #coys and #coysas
December 26, 2025 at 3:54 AM
I wish BlueSky could refine the algo so that I don't have to see Pool fans whining all over my timeline. Spurs didn't come to play with hate in their heart. The Xavi tackle was clumsy. He knew it. He didn't fight it. He checked on VVD and apologized post-game. ... #coys

All craziness aside, I fail to see what Archie and Lucas bring to the 11. They are both bright young talents and need to play every week... somewhere on loan. They are not ready. Xavi isn't ready. Odobert and maybe Tel (though we've barely seen him) aren't ready. #coys

Obviously St. Francis isn't elite competition, and Big Ollie is gonna get the talk, but looked to me like Golden was trying Ingram, Brown, and Lloyd out with the second team to increase depth. Really need one of those dudes to step up, and Brown looks the most ready. Good hustle, good size. #gators

I guess this is pretty well documented, but that's Wemby in the NBA Cup Final intro carrying a Brando Sando nove (in French). #booksky #NBACup

@vftlpodcast.bsky.social It has to be time to realize that any vibes roller coaster perception over the last few weeks has been undue optimism. Vs Toon, we only draw because of a Herculean effort by a CB doing what our striker simply can't.

All five subs used and Richy still on the field. I might be #frankout for that. #coys

Ah, I see we shall mount a comeback by subbing on noted goal threats (checks notes) Paulinha and Ben Davies. #coys
December 14, 2025 at 3:15 PM
What is the point of taking a free kick in the attacking half backward? Can Spurs not pass around the back four any time they want? Set something up and put the ball in the box! Asinine. #coys
December 14, 2025 at 3:11 PM
As a transfer from the Ivy, Lee has done about as well as anyone should've expected. Boogie, though, is massively underperforming, and the Gators won't be able to make a serious run if he can't be both a deep threat and a slash-and-create guy for the bigs. #gators
December 14, 2025 at 2:47 PM
Will the fact that Igor Jesus isn't in the Brazil set up mean Cuti doesn't HAVE to get a red today for obliterating him? Can someone mention that to him? #coys
December 14, 2025 at 2:16 PM
Feeling genuinely positive after a game is... weird? Lessons learned: 1. Stick with Xavi, especially against weaker sides to let him develop. 2. Drop Paulinha against teams Spurs *should* beat for added attacking. 3. Mo fares much better when he's not the whole offense. ... #coys

Best touch of Xavi's Spurs career so far. Was that Bentacur or Porro that played the ball over the top? It was a beaut. #coys
