This article is a couple years old and it looks like it was the written form that was banned (at that time). I'm trying to figure out how a state would ban a global streaming service from being able to air something in a specific area

I'm going to Easter dinner this weekend specifically to have this conversation with the parental units. It will likely result in the end of our strained relationship when I ask whether or not they would fight for my release
