I don't think they've even consider kids outside the metro area. Or if they have, decided they didn't matter.

PS you might find some Canadian cruises that don't stop in the US, but still show you a fair bit.

Becuse you have a mixed bag of guests, I'd go with the help yourself version. Much easier to organise and you'll probably find it's eaten by everyone. Heaps of asian, indian etc recipes out there that work for gatherings.
