Honestly, existing as a fat and chronically ill person is EXHAUSTING. Healthcare professionals straight up dismiss and don’t want to help me.

An ASPD/sociopathic trait of ours is that we can shut off our emotions. At baseline our emotions are very muted and inaccessible. But we can turn them off completely- no emotions, feelings, attachments.

Autism isn’t an intellectual disability.
Intellectual disability is its own form of neurodivergence that can occur alongside autism but autism isn’t ID.
