Interesting last day. Had two hours of tutor group I didn’t know. Said I wasn’t going to show them a film. Instead, I got several board games and they played brilliantly for two hours. I feel we need to work on building more social interaction into schools. Silence is golden. Talk is platinum.

Those who don’t live with PCOS and insulin resistance don’t have a stake in this fight!
The one point I agree with RFK on is Ozempic. Healthy food and exercise—that’s it.
