I've thought this for ages but it's crazy how they've just never ever managed to top even an ounce of the raw realism and humanity present in these guys and the fact that the most recent anime iteration doesn't even attempt to suitably replace them blows my mind

Very disappointing that the reptiles in Zootopia 2 are that brand of generic, "ambiguous lizard features" reptiles. They put so much care into mammal designs in the first movie, it's honestly a shocking downgrade. Even the realistic scaling is off, why is this basilisk guy the size of Nick the fox

You have no idea how glad I am that we finally get to see Glyde as an overworld sprite. The rainbow wings really complete the whole "flying deep sea creature" look - and of course it's a perfect fit for Glyde's pretentious personality.

I obviously love this concept art but I'm fascinated by the alternate timeline we could've lived in where Undertale featured more "classic" monsters from fiction and mythos.

the teraleak showing that there were even MORE extremely minor gender differences planned almost makes me think they wanted it to just be a new standard going forward (that they dropped hard). I wonder what happened with Hippowdon though because this is such a drastic change compared to the others
