I don’t think most of what you put into Glinda are good enough to be Glinda. She is good and empathetic, just lacks courage (or maybe confidence) to stand up in the ways Elphaba does. Most of what you put in Glinda should actually be Madame Morrible or the Wizard. Most average democrats are Glinda.
