The money is processed as part of the Treasure Act process therefore it becomes the reward, half for the finder and half for the landowner.

Thank you for taking a look. I'm tempted to take a clay cast of it, but fairly certain our Conservator would have something to say on that! It is just so intriguing. It was found on the grounds of one of the Oxford Colleges.
