So I call my mum, track down my birth certificate and lo and behold, it has my full name. I call up the Italians and say "what the fuck is going on here?" and it turns out that there are 2 birth certificates for me, the original long form and a short version WITHOUT THE MIDDLE NAMES

So I get in touch with the Italian consulate and ask if I can get my name updated on my Italian passport. They tell me they can't do that because the name legally has to be the same as the birth certificate they have on file for me

I still find it crazy how much these people think "Antifa" is an actual organization and not just a lose collection of ideological positions and protest tactics

Sitting in an undergraduate compsci ethics lecture is really eye-opening for this. A lot of the culture in the tech world is so regressive that the level of "ethics" they're taught is really basic common sense stuff like "generalisations based on race/gender/etc are bad"
