The light change seems to happen so suddenly! Our chickens go to bed so early now. Hoke is going out to count them on the roost and to lock up the coop before 5pm now. Hard to believe 4 months ago, he was doing that at 9:30.
One foot in front of the other is about right in these strange days.

Thanks! Congrats to you too, but that’s a lot of no’s. I’m impressed. My problem foods are dairy (“soft” dairy like yogurt, cottage cheese..) and sugar. 75% of my diet now is vegetable. I’ve been feeling so much better. When I go out (which isn’t often) though, I eat what I want.

Hi Diane! I’m actually doing ok! I did radically change my diet this spring, and it’s changed my life. Sometimes I don’t recognize myself in how healthy I eat 🤣. It’s been so worth it.

Thought I’d feel more anxious and lonely, but it’s exhilarating dumping the duds in my life.
