I believe, prior to Reagan, these was a law about representing both sides of a situation. I believe Reagan got rid of it - the north of Rush Limballs and others.

Thank you for talking about it. As a retired educator, in elementary school History/Social Studies time is very limited. Usually science is taught instead (since there is a 5th grade State Test)
